Volunteer

Volunteers are a vital part of City Gospel Mission. We depend on the partnership and commitment of local churches as well as individuals to help us. Our work to reach the hurting, homeless and lost would not be possible without the hundreds of volunteers that donate their precious time.

Volunteer Spotlight

On Saturday August 29th, guests and volunteers at The Outlet celebrated Summer Fest, a special day of games, fun, and community at City Gospel Mission. Inside, guests and volunteers played board games, shot some pool, participated in card tournaments and created art projects. Outside the Mission, guests enjoyed the beautiful day while listening to live music, playing corn hole, and enjoying snow cones, popcorn, face painting, and more! Approximately 35 Outlet volunteers from several local churches provided the fun and community. Pizza and hot dogs were also generously donated for the event.

The Outlet takes place each Saturday, and the first Sunday of the month. Learn more about volunteering for the Outlet on a regular basis.
